Tried "The Shores Restaurant" at La Jolla Shore. Just 10 minutes' drive from school. Sitting right by the sea. Gorgeous!

It reminded me of the sunset dinner at Orchid Restaurant by Waikiki beach in Hawaii... But this time, it's all the local California cuisine. Chilled Heirloom Tomato Soup, Maple Chili Smoked Local Sea Bass, Blue Sky Ranch Organic Hibiscus Lemon Tart. Yummy~  the sunset was beautiful, the talk was fun and the walk along the beach under the moon was relaxing.... The palm trees surprised me since they were getting so much taller than I saw them last time....
